Semi automatic operations machine & Fully Automatic operations machine (uses man only for loading of raw materials and unloading of finished bricks /block/pavers).
Machines are Hydraulically operated and uses hydraulic compaction to form cement bricks, hollow blocks and pavers.
Semi automatic operations machines. Are completed with conveyor bucket, mixer and hydraulic operation handles. It has a motorised vibrator and can be driven by direct electricity supply or by generator. Moulds of various types and designs can be fabricated according to customers' specifications and requirements
Fully Automatic Machines completed with sand hoppers, belt conveyors, mixer, automatic wooden plank loader, automatic hydraulic controller, chain conveyor and gantry cranes.
